EB-5 Investor Visa by US Real Estate Investment
The United States Citizenship & Immigration (USCIS) has made it mandatory for the investors to comply with certain guidelines and requirements to avail the Green card. The immigrant is first issued a conditional EB-5 investor visa which is subsequently converted to a permanent visa upon a successful compliance of the conditions.
