In the wake of the fresh amendments made to the submission procedure for the Canadian citizenship– which allegedly made the process of pocketing citizenship comparatively more difficult–Ottawa is reportedly revoking the course, to make it much easier for the permanent residents to successfully fulfill the eligibility requirements for citizenship. Immigration Canada has started offering the permanent residents–who appear for their citizenship test–their results at once even while, in case they don’t pass, enabling them to book an additional test some weeks afterwards.
The earlier laws required an aspirant, who could not successfully said through the citizenship knowledge test, to cool his heels for many months to appear for an interview with a judge for citizenship even as the latter would afterwards take a decision whether the former would be made a citizen.
The latest laws will also be valid for the aspirants, who, presently, are cooling their heels, to have a meeting with a citizenship judge, as they may have been unsuccessful in their test for knowledge, in the process, enabling them (the candidates) to appear for their test in just some weeks, and become a citizen.
Further, the Citizenship & Immigration Canada (the CIC) has proclaimed that the family members are presently in a position to get their citizenship independently, minus every member of their family receiving a green signal for their petition. Under the earlier regulations, every family member had to get hold of his citizenship with others. That this stopped some aspirants–who otherwise were eligible–to cool their heels, as the submission of one member of their family was not sanctioned, can not be refuted.
Courtesy the fresh improvements made to the submission procedure for the Canadian citizenship– which allegedly made the process of pocketing citizenship relatively more difficult–Ottawa is repealing the course.
