Five citizens of the country Guatemalan, who were residing in Colorado for the past so many years have been taken into custody at Colorado Premium Foods , followed by a raid which was commenced by the officials of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It has been said that the audit happened for finding out the records of employers working in the nation.
Sources believe that in accordance with the Court records; here is the list of people who were arrested after finding that they have been working under unspecified identities at the Colorado Premium Foods. These people were working under unnamed identities of people from different places like California, Missouri, Arkansas and North Carolina.
- Hilda Francisco-Martin, aged 32 years, staying in Colorado for a span of nine years.
- Maria Francisco-Martin, aged 35. Reports say that he has been living in Colorado for a span of thirteen years.
- Josefa Ramos-Juarez, aged 32, residing here for eleven years.
- Eugenio Bernal-Ailon, aged 20, living here for almost two years now.
- Francisco Mendoza-Mendoza, aged 38, living in Colorado for a span of three years.
Reports say that all the five accuses have been taken into custody for various charges like felony identity larceny and criminal pretense. Further, these people are also found to have given their information for an employment application at a meat packing company known as Colorado Premium, located in east Greeley in the year 2009.
