UK Immigration Minister has announced that many comprehensive immigration system reforms are underway to ensure the integrity of the UK immigration laws. The statement followed after reports of the Public Accounts Committee.

The reports evaluated the credibility of migration points-based system and proper functioning of diverse visa routes to UK. Also it looked after the functioning of tracking of immigrants by UK Border Agency. The reports suggestions will be followed to bring radical reforms to UK migration policies so all the visa routes available should work efficiently and legally.

Last year the new UK government has revamped the immigration system with stringent law enforcement against illegal migrants of the work and student visa routes into UK following the investigation of Public Accounts Committee last year. The committee inspected the Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer route of the UK points system, which is directed to enable corporation to fill temporary worker’s demand by drawing their present abroad staffs to the nation.

The committee report implies that there is a need of sweeping changes to the immigration system, said by Immigration Minister. He added further that they have already commenced a yearly limit on economic immigrants, covering a considerable tightening of the laws of intra company transfer and student visa programs. They will recommend a shake-up of the settlement and family visa programs later this year.

All these majors are to make our immigration system more competent and making it difficult for migrants to live illegally in the nation by tougher action against law breaking employers and terminating their license so banning them from hiring system of abroad employees.
