The visa that allows the foreign nationals to immigrate to the United States at the earliest is the EB-5 Visa. Any foreign national from any country who is in need of an immediate US Green Card, and who also has the ability to invest at least $1,000,000 can be granted this visa. Such an applicant can also invest $500,000 even as he should be able to create full time employment for 10 permanent citizens of the US.

It is not really easy for everyone to invest such a huge amount in another country. These shows how difficult it is fulfill the requirements of the EB-5 Visa. • The best part about the EB-5 Visa is that the family members of the applicant will also be granted the Green Card once the applicant fulfills all the requirements of this visa. In case he has any children who were below the age of 21 years at the time filling the application for the EB-5 Visa will also be eligible for the Green Card even if they cross the age limit after the completion of the process.

• The applicant’s children are allowed to study at any school, college or university without any restriction. These children will have an added advantage of work permit in two countries. One in the US and the other where he was born.

The conditional permanent residence through EB-5 visa allows the applicant to live a life almost as freely as a permanent US citizen. No other visa allows so much of freedom.
