Pursuant to a recent report, the Immigration Department of UK has announced that there will be certain changes in the application process and payment options for UK visa. These changes will be made by the Immigration UK to make the visa application process of the country more effective.
The said report has also mentioned that from 27 February, 2012, UK Visa applicants in Armenia, Estonia, Japan, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Mongolia and Mauritius will have to submit their applications online along with payment for their visas as part of the new application process.
Every UK visa application has to be completed by using its online application system and paid for it online. However, the applicants still have to go to their visa application centres to provide the important supporting documents and biometric details. The best thing is that appointments for visiting the visa application centres can be fixed online with the completion of the online processing of their applications.
In a press release by the UK Border Agency, it is mentioned that the inclusion of payment option into the online process will provide a more improved process of visa application for the candidates. It is the part of a bigger move to provide permission to almost all the applicants to submit their application and pay online for their visas by 2013-14.
