Immigrants Are More Satisfied With Their Life In New Zealand, Says A Study

Immigrants entered the region of New Zealand for either purpose are living their life quite-happily, revealed a new study, conducted by the MBIE (Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. The study was conducted mainly to know whether the immigrants residing in the country are happy with their life, eventually concluded a positive result.

In the past few years, New Zealand also witnesses an increasing number of immigrants every year in the country for finding a new occupation that offers a better earning opportunity, and lets them enjoy the life in a soothing and peaceful environment, which New Zealand is highly recognized for.

The survey also revealed that immigrants expressed a great satisfaction residing in the most enchanting place on the earth as they easily find the most suitable jobs that suit their occupation and skills.

The MBIE head of labor and Immigration research Vasantha Krishnan said, “The recent migrants got a wonderful support by the active participation of the labor market.”

“More than three quarters of employed migrants expressed their high gratitude towards their main job and 72 per cent immigrants have already asserted that they have successfully involved with the occupation that partly matched with their qualification and skills,” said Krishnan.

As of statistics, 80 % of immigrants have expressed their satisfaction in a clear word – however, half of immigrants who were surveyed revealed they feel more overwhelmed that their expectation. Besides, 38 per cent experienced a lower crime rate than they used to expect and 80 per cent advised their family and friends for immigration in New Zealand.
