Employer Direct Stream as of August 2012

Those people who are already living and working in Manitoba are authorized to apply under the Employer Direct Stream. An individual, who is residing in the Canadian province on temporary basis, must fulfill a minimum work experience requirement for applying under this category – the applicants must possess a minimum work experience of 6 months.

Moreover, the applicants must also fulfill the requirement of having a permanent employment offer from Manitoba based company or employers. Moreover, the applicants applying under this category must be having a clear intention of settlement and establishment in Manitoba.

Besides this, the applicants must be well qualified and able to demonstrate all the necessary qualifications require under the Employer Direct Stream. The Manitoba employers, who hire the overseas workers under the Employer Direct Stream, must also satisfy various requirements that have been listed as follows.

a) Employers must be able to provide the adequate proofs that support the fact that they tried a lot to hire Canadian citizens for the concerned position, but couldn’t find the right candidates.

b) Manitoba employers must also be capable of showing that they are providing employment offer on a permanent basis.

All the employers need to ensure the above mentioned points, before heading for recruiting the overseas employees for their job vacancies. Apart from that, the nominee applicants also have to fulfill some requirements that have been mentioned following under the said category.
