- Qualifications – people placing requests must have accomplished a formal 12 year period academic pursual either in Canadian or overseas institution.
- Original copy of duly endorsed full time employment offer in original must be retained by aspirant. It must substantiate offer
- As indefinite employment offer
- A full-fledged employer employee relationship between the hiring agency and the applicant
- Migration aspirants must be able to substantiate linguistic compatibility in either of official languages of country with help of presenting score sheet of designated language tests in English or French
