Canadian Employees Happiest with jobs, Claims Study

As per a study involving over 8,000 workers, close to 64% or two-thirds of the Canadian employees are in love with or are fond of their jobs even as just 7% of them don’t much like their present role. As compared to global outcomes, the employees of Canada are the happiest.

However, the nation’s younger employees are most expected to be not-too-happy at work, with 13% of the workers below 25 reportedly admitting that they detest their jobs even while they believe that they may perform comparatively better.

Allegedly, young nationals of Canada are rather motivated and keen to perform in a superior way. And hence it’s not astonishing that a major share of them is irritated in its present jobs, and believes that they may do better. He added that smart recruiters/job-providers guide their younger workers, guaranteeing clear career development avenues. The workers recognize how their performance will be gauged & rewarded.

The share of workers, who reportedly proclaimed it likes its job very much, increases progressively with every given age bracket. Though 23% or one-quarter of the workers between 18 and 24 years said that they take pleasure in what they do to earn money, the said number headed north to 45% in the workers between 50 and 64 years.

As per the survey, the most handsomely paid Canadian employees are the most satisfied with their jobs even as 70% of those in the higher wages group claimed that they love or very much like their jobs. The figure of the medium wage earners was remarkably less, with 55% feeling quite happy at jobs, while low wage earners were the least satisfied, with 44% claiming that they adore or are very much fond of their posts.
