Regarding the newly introduced system Chris Alexander, the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Minister opines that the programme will be the fastest, most flexible and a very reliable economic program that will fully address the demand of national economy and the local labor market.
The program has stood true to its declaration. Initially, an investment of $14 million is made for the period of 2015-16 later an investment of $4.7 million will be made annually.

The CIC has announced that those–who have not received an ‘Invitation to apply’ under the first draw–need not to get anxious, as in the future not only the frequency of the draw will increase tremendously, but the draw will be bigger. As the first draw has been completed, Alexander has observed that the candidates–who have received and ‘invitation to apply’–already possess either a valid job offer or a provincial nomination successfully binding the gap in the national labor market which is a win-win situation for both Canadian employers and foreign employees.
