TORONTO – According to officials, it has been confirmed that an 18 year old teen refugee who stated that his life could face danger if he would be sent back to his home country Mexico, has faced deportation despite the menace involved.
Daniel Garcia, the teen in concern got a dismissal from the Federal Court for his application to have a temporary stay of the order for deportation. The same has been confirmed by the Canada Border Services Agency.
According to a group called No One Is Illegal, Daniel reluctantly boarded his flight to his home country. Further, CBSA confirmed that the procedure of deportation commenced in accordance with the standards of the removal measures. No other details have been given by the source.

It has been reported that Garcia came to Canada in the year 2007 beneath the responsibility of his sister, Brenda, who is senior to him. They also stated that the duo faced prejudice and homophobic brutality in their home country.
Her application faced denials which she faced deportation last week.
