Employees of Relocating Businesses Category: The objective of this business immigration category is to promote NZ as a suitable place to invest and do business. Under this category, employees of businesses that are relocating to New Zealand are granted Kiwi residence. Residence is granted to people under this category who do not meet the requirements for NZ residence under any other immigration category.

Migrant Investment Categories: This category facilitates in attracting financial capital to local firms or New Zealand government by providing resident visas foreign nationals who intend to make significant contribution to the Kiwi economy. This category is further divided into 2 sub-categories:

(a) Investor 1 Category; AND
(b) Investor 2 Category
