Your selection in the pool of Express of Interest does not mean your approval to Investor class visa. This invitation is just a selection of prospective candidates who may qualify for Investor class visa.

If you are invited then you have to present the documents in support of your claims as you made in EOI. The most prominent and deciding factor is your nomination of investment funds and assets must be of worth at least 1.5 million NZ dollars. Applicants can nominate more worth than the least requirement subjected to points claimed in EOI.

Apart from that you have to present documents supporting that you can own settlement funds or assets worth of one million NZ dollars. Applicants can jointly present their partners or dependent kids as owner of these assets or funds. You investment funds should be earned legally, should be transferable to New Zealand through the banking system and should not be subjected to any type of mortgage or other creditor claims.

Once your approval for permanent residence is made then the next step follows is presentation of verifiable papers proving your fund transfer to NZ is from sources you have nominated in EOI. You have to deport your investment fund within twelve months in New Zealand in legal and up to standard investment for minimum of four years time slab.
