Education can make you score maximum twenty five points. If you have a PhD or master’s degree and least seventeen years of full time education then you will score full marks on this parameter. Two or more year bachelor degree with fifteen full time study years will fetch twenty two points to your visa application.

Knowledge of two languages French and English at proficient level (read, write and speak) can add twenty four points to your application. Sixteen points are for complete knowledge of first language selected by you and rest eight belongs to your second language.

Work experience holds twenty one points. The age band preferred by Canada immigration and citizenship department lies between twenty one to forty nine .You can gain full ten points in arranged employability, if your job offer is approved by Human Resources Development Canada. Close relative and other factors can add five points to your score individually.

Other information required from you would be proof of availability of sufficient funds in your account i.e. money transferable to Canada. You should have a clean police record, any criminal offence can reduce chances of your visa approval to the minimum level. Your medical certificate will also be needed by Canada immigration and citizenship department.
