$23 million fund for Canadian Skilled Migrants!

Canadian Skilled workers will be aided by 23 million US Dollar fund to improve their skills. Government has announced a 23 million USD fund for skilled workers in Ontario province to boost Ontario labor market and labor skills up to Canadian standard.

This fund is aimed to train skilled or semi-skilled migrants to acquire skills to match Canadian workforce and market requirement so that their entry to labor market becomes easy and productive to the economy. These training programs are very fruitful for migrants as after training they easily find job matching their skills.

The fund will also be available to Ontario local projects assisting skilled workers to earn regulated profession license by training them as per requirements of the market. Earning a license makes it easy to get employed in a regulated or non-regulated job.

Settlement services funded by the government have been impressive and significant regarding skill, language and rest trainings. In recent four years the settlement or similar services funds have been tripled for Ontario province attracting increased number of skilled labors to this province and accommodating well in the society by providing better earning and living.

The best part of this program is that it incorporates employers in the framework which provides much needed information about the labor requirement as well as skill upgrading. Employer’s involvement is needed to know the latest skill changes in the market to make training up to latest standard and demand.
