Illegal immigrant suspected of killing a nun!

Illegal immigrant Carlos Martinelly-Montano, 23 years of age is suspected to kill a nun when he crashed into a vehicle when he was completely drunk.  The Judicial Watch group has demanded more details of this Bolivian illegal immigrant from the Department of Homeland Security. Montano had deportation proceedings pending. Montano also was involved previously in two more drunken driving incidents. This group has filed a lawsuit against the federal government, that how such a person already convicted twice in drunken driving cases could be allowed to work. His license was already revoked.

The drunken driver hit the vehicle carrying three nuns. Sister Denise Mosier lost her life in the crash while the other 2 nuns were critically injured. The DHS has been particularly requested by the group to present the complete history of the Montano deportation procedure. The request was made by the group in the month of October and no reply was obtained till date. The last date for the reply was 26th November 2010. The group has asserted that the previous two convictions were well treated during bush’s presidential term, however nothing much was done during Obama presidentship. The absence of any reply by the DHS forced the group “Judicial Watch” to file a legal lawsuit to find out if the DHS has anything hidden or is not comfortable in admitting some breach in public safety.

DHS has also failed to respond to the request by Prince William County. Serving only to worsen the suspicion.

Corey Stewart the chairman of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors has demanded a government that is more transparent in its actions. Stewart said that the Montano case was not the sole issue. The issue was to be prepared for an inquiry once the Congress is taken over by the Republicans, the following month. He also added this was a system error in the Federal administration. The Bush nor the Obama administration could not be held responsible for this error.
