As per recent analysis Canada’s Skills availability trouble seems to be getting deeper. As per the current situation Maple country ranks 9 among the developed countries like Japan, the United States, Germany and Sweden etc. in terms of structural shortfalls in availability of the trained and qualified personnel.

The analysis concludes that

If the educational system works in synchronization with the economic objectives of the nation then there would hardly any deficiency in critical and general expertise. It is henceforth, necessary for government to ensure that the educational setup of the country generates fresh skilled labor reserve with capabilities to cope up with the demands and aspiration of industry in near and distant future

But the situation in the Canadian economy seems to be worsening up as the system of the country suffers from a policy vacuum of sorts i.e. there seems to be complete lack of any tangible solution to deal with the current and future crisis in which government seems to be lagging behind in bringing about suitable changes that provide necessary

But most of suggestions of this analytical study are blunted by the fact that Maple country suffers from a negative population growth and any such initiative will only be effective in long term perspective.
