An Entry into the Express Entry pool does not ensure that an aspirant will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for claiming PR.
The second step is each candidate will be ranked against the other using a point based system, better known as Comprehensive Ranking System as many as possible points may be scored out of total 1200 points. Each applicant scores a points as per the information provided in the online profile. The possible immigrants who score the highest points will be issued an “invitation to apply”.
