• The principal applicant, along with the accompanying member(s) of his/her family included in the application must meet health, character and language requirements; AND

• The principal applicant must qualify for the points offered for factors like employability and capacity building; AND

• The principal applicant must be aged less than 56 years; AND

• The principal applicant must demonstrate the ability to settle and contribute to the NZ economy.
