Explore the horizons in the Quebec economy through the Investor Program. To be eligible for the program, one must meet the following prerequisites:

The amount must not include any donation amount received up to 5 months prior to the date of filing the immigration application. This net amount can be possessed alone by the application or along with his/her spouse; however, it must have been obtained lawfully.
- The applicant must hold experience in the area of management in an industrial, commercial or farming business.
- With an intention to settle in the Canadian province, the applicant must sign an agreement to invest an amount of 800,000 Canadian Dollars with one of the Quebec’s authorized financial intermediaries.
