Paul Perez, a famous rugby player from Taranaki has been ordered banishment to Samoa. Reports say that Perez, 23, has been found blameworthy of twice offensively charging at his then pregnant partner, hence applying various aggressions over her.
In addition, the player was granted a removal order by Immigration New Zealand last year after the officials found that his work permit has been cancelled following the charges inculcated upon him. The culprit was all ready to appear in the New Plymouth District Court, but local print media confirmed that defended hearing was delayed, as he has already faced deportation!
Perez was commanded to pay an amount of $2029 to his then pregnant partner as a reparation fee. In addition, he was asked to opt for an anger management course, with an additional fine of $750.
The latest charge blames the culprit for assaulting a man in a brutal manner. Also, his career as a rugby player is in huge dilemma. He has been in the midst of a four year agreement with the Taranaki Rugby Football Union, but the later states that they will wait for the final decision from the judicial authorities and then decide his fate.
According to Union chief executive Mark Robinson, he is looking forward to hear the final statement from Perez’s lawyer. After confirming the same, he would pas steh news to the local media and will affirm the reports.
However critics believe that the sins committed by the rugby player would surely lead him out of the country.
