If you applied before February 27, 2008: Since the original applications were filed many years back, most of the information provided by the applicant would be outdated. If you applied on or after February 27, 2008: The visa office would contact the applicant with reference to the required documents. Normally the applicant will get 120 days to submit the required application forms, information and documents. Preceding this, applicant must have an in principal approval from Central intake office located at Nova Scotia, Canada.

  • The duration of the application processing time at designated visa post for federal skilled workers would depend on the time of your application and whether or not the application is complete in all respects. In order to keep unnecessary delays away, the applicant must ensure that he has:

    2. Attached translated documents in case they are not in French or English
