Wellington Aims to Woo More Migrants

Available reports suggest that the Immigration Minister of New Zealand has extended his backing to the immigration department of the country and their proposed plans tailored to usher-in additional improvements in the operations of the department during the course of the next three years.

The said plans are tailored to make it possible for the immigration department to give more attention to inspiring and retaining high value migrants, travelers, not to mention students. With a view to achieve this, the department has reportedly said that they will have to come up with a body that has improved services, much better systems, and which gives superior outcomes.

The aim though remains wooing the best talent, coming up with quality decisions swiftly and professionally, extending support to immigrants to settle into their works, and safeguarding the honor and security of the immigration system of the nation.

Meanwhile, the concerned minister, Nathan Guy, was quoted as saying that the concerned organization — Immigration New Zealand — had left no stones unturned to win back the trust and support of the public and the government even as the said plan remained a pivotal step towards capitalizing on these achievements.

He continued that the immigration department now is responsible for coming up with nearly 500,000 visa decisions annually, adding that in the near future, there will be comparatively lesser number of visa kinds even as the procedure for the filing of applications will be made simpler leading to an improved and superior service for the clients.
