Work and Holiday Visa (Subcategory 462): The permit is valid only for few selected countries. The category is for young people, between the age group of 18 and 31, and who does not have a dependent child at the time of their stay in Australia, and is valid for a period of one year.

Employer Nomination Scheme (Subcategory 186): It provides permanent residency to skilled workers under the following three streams, namely, the Direct Entry stream, the Temporary Residence Transition stream, and the Agreement stream. You should be nominate by an Australian employer, and then submit an application under the nominated stream. It is a part of the Permanent Employer Sponsored Visa program.
