Besides, if the person has a confirmed job letter–which matches with his educational qualifications on the placement where local people are not ready to work–then his application will be considered for Under Employment Visa. Foreign Domestic Helper: The mandatory requirement for crossing borders under this trail is that both the employer and employee should not posses any criminal record. Two years of experience is compulsory as a domestic helper. The employer should be a reputed citizen of Hong Kong. He should be financially strong to hire an employee and must be capable of providing accommodation, maintenance and termination expenses to that person. In addition, the applicant should be medically fit to take up the job of domestic helper in the city-state.
Training: Migration to Hong Kong for some special skill is allowed for a maximum of 12 months with the surety that the courses in which the migrant has applied are not available in his home country.
