Lithuania Residence Permit Rejection Grounds

There are some grounds on which the application of the candidate could be rejected. If he is found to be a threat to the national security/health/public policies of the government, his application would not be approved. Or if he has submitted forged documents or not submitted them properly; again, his application would not receive any positive response.

If the immigration authorities of the county are not positively convinced about the purpose or the objective of the applicant, or the likelihood of the success of the applicant, in such a situation also his application would not receive any positive response and would be rejected.
