Above all, it would enable the Minister for Justice disapprove/ignore any such marriage which has been done for the purpose of immigration, in other words is a sham marriage. The law says that any marriage done for the motive of gaining unlawful entry or permanent resident ship would not be allowed and would be discarded by any means, next time he would be involved in making any immigration related decisions.
