  • If anyone has made the application for the approval letter on or prior June 29, 2008 from outside United Kingdom, the application will be processed as per the immigration rules effective on the aforementioned date.
  • An application produced on or after February 29, 2008 will not be treated for processing.
  • An application produced on or after June 30, 2008 will also not be treated and returned eventually.
