Subclass 190

  1. Select a profession from the Consolidated Skilled Occupation List (CSOL).
  2. Score minimum passing marks on the points based system, i.e., 60.
  3. At the time of submitting the application, be under the age of 50 years.
  4. Possess a positive skill assessment report from the authorized assessing authority.
  5. Get the appropriate language score.
  6. Be armed with the required work experience as per the state or territory requirement.
  7. Apply for state sponsorship.
  8. Submit an EOI using SkillSelect.
  9. Submit health and character certificate, and
  10. Plan to live and work in a sponsoring state or territory for at least two years once the PR Visa is granted.
