Comprehensive Ranking System

Through the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) that is based on points, the candidates will be ranked considering all the aspects that they have mentioned in their profile. Those who will get the highest scores will get Invitation to Apply (ITA). Points are generally awarded seeing the important aspects, like the job offer that an individual is having, how much experienced and skilled the candidate is, nomination by territory or province, etc.

There are chances of scoring additional points if the applicant has a completely valid offer for job, nomination by reputed source, and qualifying education as per Canadian rules.

Those who have received an ITA will get 90 days to submit the application for PR in the country.

The IRCC will process all those applications which are absolutely complete and with supported documents in a period of less than six months.

Canada Express Entry Rules–What Else?

Those candidates applying through Express Entry System are eligible to stay in the pool for 12 months within the date of applying. If within this period, there is no reply for ITA for becoming a permanent resident, then new profile can be submitted. If the conditions of the Express Entry are met then the candidates can easily enter the pool again after 12 months, and it will help in prevention of back logs as well as fast processing.
