Outstanding Researcher/Outstanding Professor (EB-1B Visa): Applicants, with three years of experience as a researcher or a teacher in their domain of study and who has been recognized worldwide for their academic contribution in their respective field, and intend to enter the country as a researcher appointed at a university or any other education institution, are eligible under the category. These applicants require a permanent job offer from an American Employer. Alternatively, their employer act as a petitioner for them. You employer must file a petition on your behalf by filling an I-140 Form.

Managers and Executive Transferee (EB-1C Visa): These applicants must be hired in the last three years for not less than one year in a foreign company, at a managerial post in the same organization that is willing to hire them in the nation, or in a sister concern organization. No further conditions apply. These candidates also require a permanent job offer from an American Employer, and their employer act as a petitioner for them. Their employer must file a petition on their behalf by filling an I-140 Form.

The most distinguished feature of the EB-1 Visa is that it does not require a labor certification. Besides, the aspirant is 100% free to submit another application under any other appropriate category while decision on EB-1 application is still pending.
