The Positive List

The Scandinavian country has multiple occupations for which authorities are experiencing a shortage of qualified applicants. Officially, the Positive List has a list of shortage occupations. Permit can be obtained for up to three years with the possibility of extension for the next four years.

The Pay Limit Scheme

Under the Pay Limit Scheme, you must be offered a job by a Danish company for no less than DKK 375,000 annually. Work and residence permits are granted for a period of three years, with the possibility of extension for next four years.
