- The applicant is required to go study all the functional statements and organizational charts.
- He is required to take care of the work measurements programs, in addition to study the work samples.

- Determine the layouts of plant and systems.
- Knowing the standards and policies for the purpose of installation and quality control.

Qualification:
- The minimum qualification is to have a Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- On-the-job training may be asked in few instances.
- In exception, both experience and qualification may be needed.
