• The applicant is required to go study all the functional statements and organizational charts.
• He is required to take care of the work measurements programs, in addition to study the work samples.
• Analyzing workforce utilization is another key area required to be taken care of.
• Other tasks include developing specifications for manufacture and taking care if the materials, equipments and piping used.
• Determine the layouts of plant and systems.
• Knowing the standards and policies for the purpose of installation and quality control.
• Inspect plant and ensure that performance is achieved.

Qualification:

• The minimum qualification is to have a Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
• On-the-job training may be asked in few instances.
• In exception, both experience and qualification may be needed.
