Proficient English Language Holds Key to the Canada Immigration

With the race ensuing for the Canadian visa there are numerous predictions and estimations being presented by experts across various locations. But we have always been predicting and professing the Language Holds Key to the Canada Immigration. Our words are not some sort of prophecy but infact an estimation of various factors which have shaped the Maple Country’s current edition. We have consistently observing these aspects over last few years.

In the last decade the global economy had undergone a drastic change which pushed many countries to the wall. Most of the giant economic centers had been forced bring in policies that would assist the sulking economic sectors to take up certain measures that could help to restore vitality of the economic activities of the stakeholder sectors of those countries. This led to most of leading economies of the globe close down immigration shutters. In this scenario only 2 destinations continued accepting overseas migrants i.e. Canada and Australia.

This trend saw the local labor pool of Canada being flooded with the numerous skilled migrants vying for better employment. This also in turn created wider choice for employment giving concerns to hire people with the qualities that were suited to their needs and Language, a Key factor was the most sought after trait in profile of aspirants.

This generated serious settlement issues for the highly qualified new entrants as they were not able to find employment as per their capabilities and had to settle down for jobs that were more or less suited to lesser or general skilled workforce and the with the weakening economy the condition in Canada become more desperate and as the employment openings shrunk locals found themselves competing against the highly qualified but faced with linguistic handicaps for the whatever employment opportunities were left.

On other hand Canada was becoming unpopular among the immigrants on account of not being able to get jobs in requisite skill areas.

Both these aspect (i.e. safeguarding the local work force on one hand and ensuring migrants did not face any issues in locating jobs on account of  linguistic deficit) forced the authorities to establish a mechanism that would ensure entry of people with sufficient Language skills.

To generalize and rationalize the standards of linguistic skills the benchmarks were integrated with Canadian language benchmark system – CLB and now every applicant is required to substantiate his linguistic skills at par with atleast CLB 7.

This definitely proves our point that Language Holds Key to the Canada Immigration.
