Skilled Migration Seminar to take place in Australia

Taking an overview of the recent changes in Australian Skilled Worker Migration program, Australia is all set to conduct a seminar that will take placed in Central West from July 16 to 19. The new changes were drafted on July 1 for allowing the Australian employers for finding the potential skilled workers by connecting them directly with such immigrants, and also to soften the process of Australian permanent residence for foreigners residing in the country under Temporary Skilled 457 Visas.

Launching of the SkillSelect caused an integration of Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) and Australian Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) – an applicant records their details – to be considered for the same category (skilled visa) through an EOI (Expression of Interest).

Department of Immigration and Citizenship spokesperson reveled that changes in the Australian Skilled Migration have been introduced responding the shortage of skilled worker in Australian labor market and will certainly fulfill the aim of meeting the actual demand of market.

“The new changes caused by the present scenario of the country’s labor market, it is introduced as a deterrent to meet the actual demands,” said, spokesperson.

He added, “The intended skilled migrants will get nomination by state/territory, Australian government and Australian employers.”

The DIAC spokesperson made it clear that information based on permanent or temporary employer-based visa can be gathered by visiting their office.
