Skilled Independent Visa (Subclass 189): In order to qualify for the skilled permanent residence, the applicant under the category are required to obtain minimum passing park i.e. 60 points.  To apply, applicants are required to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) and then they may be invited to apply, via SkillSelect.
