Point based (189/190/489)

Key Requirements for Australia PR Visa
- You must have chosen an occupation from the Consolidated Skilled Occupation List (CSOL) or the Skilled Occupation List (SOL).
- Score at least 60 points.
- At the time of submitting the visa application, the applicant must be below 50 years of age.
- Must get their skills assessed from an authorized authority.
- Must have appeared for the language test such as the IELTS.
- Must submit an Expression of Interest (EoI).
Employer’s Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186)
It is designed to meet the skill shortage in the country. The Australian employers, who wish to recruit highly trained foreign skilled workers, can nominate them as a permanent residents, provided the position offered are for not less than three years on full time basis and it meets the standard of ENSOL.
Regional Skilled Migration Scheme (Subclass 187)
The goal is to meet the demand of skilled workers in the remote areas, with low population. Employers can nominate foreign skilled workers to join the local workforce as temporary or permanent residents.
Application Procedure For Australia PR Visa
- Employer nominates the vacant post and applies to the Regional Certifying Body (RCB).
- Thereafter, the Regional Certifying Body (RCB) assesses the lodged application against the set criteria.
- If the RCB learns that the vacant position cannot be filled locally then it issues a certificate.
Position Requirements
- Vacant position must be full time for at least 2 years.
- Working conditions must be according to the Australian legislation laws.
- Occupation must be mentioned on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL)
