To apply, the applicant must have sponsorship, either from a state or territorial government, and must agree to live and work in a specific region where their skills are in demand. Plus, he must be able to prove that in the past he has successfully lived and worked in the country for at least two years–preferably on a Skilled – Nominated (Provisional) visa.
