You are eligible to apply if you meet the following criteria:

1. Your occupation is mentioned on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL),
2. Get your skills assessed,
3. You must be under the age of 50,
4. You must be competent in English, and
5. You must score points mentioned on your invitation to apply (ITA).

Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186): It allows you to live and work in the country indefinitely using one of following three streams – the agreement stream, the temporary residence transaction stream and direct entry stream.

You are eligible to apply if you meet the following conditions:

1. You are sponsored by an eligible Australian employer.
2. You must be below 50 or else you have been exempted.
3. You clear the language test.
4. You apply under the stream for which you have been nominated.

Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Visa (Subclass 187): It is for those who wish to live and work in a specific region. It allows you to work in the country using one of the following streams – the agreement stream, the temporary residence transaction stream and direct entry stream.

Besides these, there are other requirements such as:

1. You must be sponsored by an Australian employer to live and work in a specific region.
2. You must be below 50 years or else you have been exempted.
3. You meet the language test along with skills and education or else you have been exempted.
4. You apply under the stream for which you have been nominated.
