An Irish personality (Born Tim), who underwent treatment that deals with sex-change to become a woman, may apply for a refugee status as the immigration officials from Canada have granted her the permission to do so.

He said that people would hate him and he might face several rejections, provided he go back to his home country Northern Ireland. Also, his future would face danger in his return there.

Tanya Bloomfield (earlier Tim), is now attired with a duration of 28 days if he wants to file the refugee claim. For that it is mandatory to pass the eligibility interview as well as a test which would be conducted at the Halifax offices of Citizen and Immigration Canada.

Tim reached Canada in the year 2006 and got settled in Chester which is located near Halifax. He settled there and made application for a PR status through spousal sponsorship after getting married there.

It was in the year 2009 when he separated from the spouse and hence faced terminations for his spousal sponsorship application. Hence, he had no option but to go for temporary residence status. That too was denied by the immigration officials but later after coming in contact with Lee Cohen (Immigration lawyer), he was given the advice to reside in the nation on refugee status.

Cohen has stated that just because his client is “transgender” it would become very difficult for Tim to stay in Ireland. People would hate him.

Oxfordshire: More than half of the detainees living at the immigration house of Campsfield House located in Oxfordshire are on a hunger strike as they are refusing to take in any of the meals. The protest is done on the facet that they are against their prolonged detention as well as the kind of treatment they are facing in the detention centre.

It has been claimed by the detainees that as a result of this treatment, they are suffering from various mental and health related disorders. They have been bolted with no chances of further release. These people wanted their voices to be heard!

A statement confirmed that a lot amongst these detainees have been kept into the premises for more than three years now. And the worst part is that no one has the surety as to when they will mark their freedom from this door and when their voices would be heard.

If reports are to be believed, some of them said that no one provided them with ample justification as to why they have been kept here for so long. They said that they have no hopes of having a clan in future and now their lives are residing in a limbo as now these people can just hope of having a life.

It has also been said that the detainees face some amount of torture and some of them even face treatment like animals. Some of them claim that they have never been given ample time to appeal for their cases, at the time when they were removed from their nations.

Indian woman or let me say our ‘bharatiya nari’ has always shared a special place in the fancy world of Indian writers and poets. They have always described the beauty of her curves and beautiful eyes in a poetic way. They have dedicated their long poems praising the beautiful bharatiya nari who is vulnerable, compassionate and innocent, unaware of the harsh realities of the world.

But today’s Indian woman has undergone a drastic change because she is no more a vulnerable and innocent creature who is unaware of worldly happenings. Today’s bharatiya nari is confident, independent and highly educated woman who knows how to take care of herself and her life. She is no more dependent on her parents or husbands to make decisions for her life. Her education has made her confident enough to face any challenges with courage and intelligence. She is no more a mere home maker who spends her entire life looking after her family needs.

There is no field in which Indian woman has not made her mark whether it is in the field of education or defense; she has proved herself everywhere. Breaking all the barriers, she has made a place for herself in businesses as well. The success stories of women like Ekta Kapoor Creative Director, Balaji Telefilms, Chanda Kocchar, Executive Director, ICICI Bank are an inspiration for many.

Besides handling her professional world, she also makes sure that her family members are not neglected. She is proving to be a great manager both at her work place as well in her family. Indian woman has truly emerged as a multi task master who has taken the charge of her own life. If she is famous then she knows how to handle her celebrity status and yet at the same time remain grounded and do not let her fame control her life.

She is not afraid of traveling all alone and believes that this life is meant to be lived fully. She does not hesitate in packing her bags and flies to Dutch or Egypt all alone exploring the world around her. She is no more dependent on her boyfriend to pay for her when she goes out with him for date or dinner. She drives her own car and does not feel the need to be dropped or picked by her boyfriend.

And amidst fulfilling her responsibilities and career demands, she also takes care of her beauty and body. She makes sure that she pampers herself with special treatment at spas and parlors on weekends because she knows that she deserves it. Indian woman has come a long way and they have a bright future for them to be explored. It is not by chance that today our country is also run by a woman President only. There is no match for today’s Indian woman who is setting examples for everyone and showing it to the world that she possesses infinite potential within her.
